المدخﻼ‌ت في نظام التدريبتنقسم مدخﻼ‌ت نظم التدريب إلى:-*المعلومات عن العمﻼ‌ء الذين يقوم التدريب على خدمتهم، وهم العاملين الذين يحصلون على الخدمة التدريبية ورؤساءهم الذين يتأثرون بنتائج التدريب سلباً وإيجاباً. وكذا كل أصحاب العﻼ‌قة مع هؤﻻ‌ء المتدربين الذين تتأثر مصالحهم وفق نتائج التدريب وفعاليته.-
*مدخﻼ‌ت تنظيمية تشمل المعلومات اﻷ‌ساسية عن الواقع التنظيمي الذي يعمل به طالبي الخدمات التدريبية والمتصلين بهم، وطبيعة النظم واﻷ‌وضاع والعﻼ‌قات التنظيمية بين وحدات التنظيم وتأثيراتها عن طبيعة عمل وكفاءة أداء المتدربين ومن حولهم.-*
مدخﻼ‌ت فنية عن تقنيات التدريب المتاحة وإمكانيات استخدامها، ومتطلبات التطبيق الفعال لتلك التقنيات.-*مدخﻼ‌ت إنتاجية تصف اﻷ‌وضاع التقنية في مواقع اﻹ‌نتاج التي يعمل بها المتدربون والمتصلين بهم، وطبيعة التقنيات المستخدمة ومشكﻼ‌ت اﻷ‌داء وانعكاساتها على أعمال طالبي التدريب.-*مدخﻼ‌ت ثقافية تعبر عن الثقافة التنظيمية ومدى تقبلها ﻷ‌فكار وجدوى التدريب، ومدى سماحها لنتائج التدريب أن تظهر إلى حيز الواقع من خﻼ‌ل تمكين المتدربين لتطبيق ما حصلوا عليه من معارف ومهارات.-
*مدخﻼ‌ت اقتصادية تضم معلومات عن اﻷ‌مور المالية والموازنات المخصصة للتدريب ومعايير استخدامها، ومستويات العائد على اﻻ‌ستثمار [color="blue"][/color]المتوقعة من اﻹ‌نفاق التدريبي.
