جيري .. سابلغك بالنتيجة اولا ثم سأخبرك بالقصة... كنت اعالج مريضة اتابعمعها العلاج اخذت ضغط الدم الساعة التاسعة صباحا وكان 59/149 تكلمنا قليلا ثم اخذتالضغط مرة اخرى في الساعة 15:9 98/144 وهذا ايضا تعتبر قراءة عالية بالرغم انهبالنسبة لها لابأس لانها كانت في الاسبوع اللي قبله 196:98

ثم بدات تفصح عنمخاوفها وارهاقها في العمل وفي امور اخرى في حياتها بعدها قمت بقياس الضغط فيالساعة 9:35 فكان 89/133 .
بعدها قمنا بعمل خمس دورات لتمرين الحرية النفسيةبالتركيز على مخافها التي ذكرتها بعبارة انا اتقبل نفسي بعمق بالرغم من مرضي من ــ توقفت بعد الدورة الخامسة وكان ضغط الدم عندها في الساعة 50 : 9 كان 119/84!!!!! الطبيعي هو 120/80!!!
طبيبها قام ايضا بقياس الضغط وكانتالنتيجة ايضا مذهلة

كنت عاني من ضغط الدم المنخفض وكنت ذاهب الىقياس الضغط وبينما انا انتظر مستلقيا على السرير بانتظار الطبيب قمت بعمل دورة eft ( كررت عبارة بالرغم ان ضغطي منخفض لكني ... ) وعلمت التربيت ب

عد التكرار 3 دورات كان الوقت قد حان لقياس الضغط وكانت مفاجأة القراءة العاليا كانت 125مع انيكنت دائما اقل من 100 .. طول اليوم بالامس كنت اكرر القياس وكانت النتيجة طبيعية
