ترتبط مباشرة بمدير(ة) الوحدة
ب ـالهدف العام :
تطوير العملية الإدارية مستوى أداء العاملين فيها, ونشر ثقافةومفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة بينهم ،وتحسين أساليب العمل وإجراءاته .
ج ـالمهام .
1.المشاركة في نشر التقنية الإدارية مفهوماً وعملاً من خلال تنفيذمشروع التعاملات الإلكترونية، وتدريب جميع العاملين في أجهزة الإدارة على الوفاءباحتياجات هذا المشروع.
2.تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية – لغير شاغلي الوظائفالتعليمية – والابتعاث والإيفاد لمنسوبي ومنسوبات الإدارة للدراسات العليا للحصولعلى ( الماجستير والدكتوراه)، ومتابعة تنفيذ ذلك بما يحقق التحسين المستمر فيالأداء في أجهزة إدارة التربية والتعليم.
3.متابعة ما يرد من الإدارة العامةللتطوير التربوي بشان تطوير الهياكل التنظيمية للإدارة وقطاعاتها ومتابعة تحديثدليلها التنظيمي كلما تطلب الأمر ذلك وتبليغ ذلك للجهات المعنية.
4.تقويمالتشكيل الوظيفي للإدارة من القوى البشرية من حيث الكم والكيف، و المساهمة في توزيعالوظائف والموظفين على أجهزة الإدارة وفق المهام المناطة بها.
5. القيامبالأعمال اللازمة لتوحيد السياسات والإجراءات وتطوير أساليب العمل وتيسيرها, وإعداد دليل الإجراءات وتصميم النماذج المستخدمة في أجهزة الإدارة وتطويرها ومتابعةتنفيذها.
6.المشاركة مع الجهات ذات العلاقة في إجراء المناقلات بين الوظائفوتحويرها أو تعديلها وذلك في ضوء ما تدعو إلية الحاجة وفي نطاق الأنظمة المعمول بها .
7.دراسة تحسين بيئة العمل وتوزيع الأماكن المتاحة بما يساعد على تحقيق الرضاءالوظيفي وانجاز العمل.
8.المساهمة في تنمية القدرات والكفايات الفنية المتخصصةالتي تفي باحتياجات الإدارة وتنمية أداء العاملين وتحسينه،ومتابعة تنفيذ ذلك بمايحقق التحسين المستمر في الأداء في أجهزة الإدارة
9.المشاركة في تنفيذ مشروعإدارة الجودة الشاملة في كافة أجهزة الإدارة.
10.التنسيق مع مراكز التدريبالمختلفة – داخل المملكة وخارجها- من أجل تحديد نوعية البرامج والندوات والحلقاتالتدريبية المناسبة للعاملين في أجهزة الإدارة من شاغلي الوظائف التعليمية بالتنسيقمع الإدارة العامة للتطوير الإداري .
11.متابعة المعدات والأجهزة والأدواتالمكتبية المستعملة في أجهزة الإدارة، وإعداد الدراسات لترشيد استعمالها واقتراح مايناسب أغراض الإدارة منها بالتنسيق مع إدارة الشؤون الإدارية والمالية لوضعالمواصفات العلمية لها.
12.إعداد مشروع الميزانية السنوية للقسم بالتنسيق معالجهات ذات العلاقة.
13.الإشراف على تنظيم المعاملات والمعلومات الخاصة للقسموحفظها بشكل يساعد على استخراجها بسهولة ويسر.
14.تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبيةوالمستلزمات الإدارية والفنية الخاصة بالقسم ومتابعة توفيرها.
15.إعداد التقاريرالدورية عن نشاطات وإنجازات القسم ومعوقات الأداء فيها وسبل التغلب عليها ورفعهاللجهات المعنية.
