الأسترخاء (Relaxation)

الأسترخاء (Relaxation) هو عملية وضع عضلات الجسم في حالة

استرخاء كامل ,تماما مثلما يحدث لجسمك خلال مرحلة النوم حيث تأمر العضلات

بالأسترخاء التام.والأسترخاء في مجملة عملية هامة بالنسبة لمن يريد الأرتقاء

الى اي من مراتب "السمو". التمرين الذي سوف اذكرة هنا هو تمرين بسيط جدا

يستغرق عملة ما بين 5 الى 10 دقائق. يجب ان تكون صافي الذهن وان تكون

ملابسك فضفاضة وان تكون درجة حرارة الغرفة معتدلة.تستطيع الأسترخاء اما

مستلقيا او جالسا على كرسي لة مساند وان يكون مرتفعا لدعم الرقبة .اذا

اخترت الأستلقاء فلتختار أهدء الغرف في المنزل واحضر وسادة جيدة وأتبع

التمرين التالي:

1. استلقي على ظهرك بشكل مسطح بالكامل.

2. اشعر بجلسة مريحة فأي حركة سوف تكسر الأسترخاء.

3. أغلق عيناك.

4. قم بشد جميع عضلات الجسم في وقتا واحد لمدة 5 ثواني

5. استنشق عشر انفاس عميقة اشعر بتلك الأنفاس تمر من الأنف الى الرئة

مرورا بالحلق ومن ثم القصبة الهوائية ,قبل الزفير اكتم النفس وتذكر كامل

جسمك لمدة ثانيتن تذكر حالة عضلاتك المجهدة في هذة الثواني.

6. اعد الخطوات 4-5 ثلاث مرات

7. قم بالتركيز و الشد ومن ثم ارخاء العضلات مثلما موضح بالهرم التالي :

يجب الأنتباة انة يجب شد العضلات كما هو موضح بالجدول ابتداءً من القدم اعلى

الهرم حتى يشُعر بتعب هذة المنطقة بالكامل ثم ارخائها والأنتقال الى الساقين

ثم الفخذين الخ..

8. يجب المحافظة على الشهيق والزفير والأحساس بالهواء يدخل الى الرئة

مع التركيز المطلق على المنطقة المشدودة.

9. قم بفتح الفم الى اوسع ماتستطيع مع شد عضلات الوجه كلها لمدة ثلاثين

ثانية .ثم ارخ الوجه دفعة واحدة.

10. يجب مراعاة عدم تحريك قسم العضلات المرخي عند تمرين قسم أخر.

11. الأن جسمك مرخي تماماً . ولكن تستطيع الرجوع الى اي قسم عضلات

وتحاول ارخائه من غير شد العضلة ولكن فقط بالتركيز على ذالك الجزء و

الشعور بأسترخاء العضلة.

12. قم بالأستمتاع بفترة الأسترخاء لمدة 5 دقائق على الأقل ولا تحرك ساكناً.

13. تستطيع كسر حالة الأسترخاء اول الأستمرار اللوصول الى حالة السمو

(سوف يأتي ذكرها بعد قليل).

ان وجد الجسم في هذة الحالة من اللاحركة لمدة تزيد عن عشر دقائق تبداء

عضلات الجسم في الدخول الى اول مراحل النوم. مرحلة لذيذة هي مرحلة

الأسترخاء وتزداد لذتها عند البدء بالدخول الى حــــالة الأسترخاء العميق (

Deep Relaxation). وقد يستغرق البعض نصف ساعة كاملة للوصول الى هذة

الحالة وذلك عن طريق تكرار الخطوة رقم 11 .

السمو (The Trance State)

ان حالة السمو او الـ(The Trance State) هي حالة طبيعية تحدث لك كل ليلة

تقريبا ولكنك لا تشعر به الى لثواني عدة وهي عند انتقالك من اليقظة الى

النوم. يتغير تذذب الدماغ خلال اليوم من حالة اليقظة الى النوم حيث تهبط

تذبذبات المخ الى ادنى مستواً لها خلال النوم العميق ونستطيع قياس هذا

التغير بستخدام اجهزة الـ(EEG) أو اجهزة الـ(Electroencephalograph) قسم

العلماء هذة التذبذبات الى اقسام وهي (الفا,بيتا,وثيتا واخيرا ديلتا) . يتم

الدخول الى مرحلة السمو للمبتدئين عن طريق الدخول الى الأسترخاء ومن ثم

عمل التمرين التالي :

1. قم بأجراء تمرين الأسترخاء السابق ذكرة لمدة لاتقل عن خمس دقائق .

2. أترك التنفس لعقلك الباطن وتوقف عن التنفس بصورة عميقة (تنفس بصورة

طبيعية).

3. تخيل انك في مصعد يهبط وان هذا المصعد لايوجد بة باب بحيث تستطيع

روأية الطوابق وهي ترتفع الى اعلى بأتجاه عكسي.

4. اشعر بكامل جسدك يهبط مع هبوط المصعد.

5. اعد الخطوات 3و4 لمدة خمس دقائق.

6. توقف لمدة دقيقة فكر "بلاشيء" واسأل نفسك بفضول مرة واحدة فقط:

ماذا سيحدث الأن؟

7. اعد الخطوات 3و4 لمدة خمس دقائق. ومن ثم الخطوة السادسة.

8. اذا شعرة بموجة من النوم (تغمر جسدك) أو شعرة بإهتزاز فبتسم "في

عقلك" فانت في مرحلة السمو.

9. اعد الخطوات 3و4 لمدة خمس دقائق. ومن ثم الخطوة السادسة لتنقل العقل

الى مراحل السمو المختلفة .

يجب التذكر ان مرحلة السمو هي عملية وضع المخ في تذبذب منخفض,أي نشاط

اقل,أي تفكير منخفض جداً ان الفضول هو سلاحك الوحيد .لاتفكر انما اطرح

السؤال واعط بعض الوقت ليأتيك الجواب من العقل الباطن. حاول الأستمتاع في

المرات الأولى والتجربة قبل ان تسخدم البرنامج في القاء تعليمات لعقلك

الباطن .

ان طرح الأوامر على عقلك الباطن يجب ان يأتي بالطريقة التي تريده ان يجاوبك

بها ويجب ان يكون قصيرا ويتبعة هدوء (حتى لاتكسر حالة السمو بكثرة

التفكير). قد ترى من خلال هذة التمارين بعض الأشياء الغربية مثل القدرة على

رؤية اماكن بعيدة (Remote Viewing) او التخاطر (Telepathy) او الحلم المطلق (

Lucid Dream) فكل هذة الفروع من العلم مرتبطة ببعضها البعض وقد تكون

تملك هذة القدرات وهي مدفونة داخلك. على العموم موضوع هذا المقال هو

استخدام الأسترخاء والسمو في تطوير حياتك العملية وليسة الروحية.ان امكانية

العمل مع عقلك الباطن غير محدودة .
