نظام تقييم أداء الموظفين قبل إنتهاء فترة الإختبار:

2.1 الهدف:
§ يهدف نظام تقييم الأداء للموظفين قبل إنتهاء فترة الإختبار - والمقرر مدتها بثلاثة أشهر (90 يوم) فى نظام العمل المعمول به، تبدأ إعتباراً من تاريخ أول يوم عمل فعلى – إلى تحديد مدى نجاح الموظف الجديد فى فهم المهام المطلوبة منه وإلى تحديد مدى التحقيقالمنشود منه وذلك لإتخاذ قرار التعيين النهائى.
2.2 النموذج المستخدم:
§ يستخدم نموذج”تقييم الاداء خلال فترة الاختبار” كأداة لتقييم أداء الموظفين الجدد.
1.3 الإجراءات:
§ بعد إتمام إجراءات تعيين الموظف الجديد يتم تعريفه بمهام وظيفته ومسئولياته بواسطة بطاقة التوصيف الوظيفى عن طريق إدارة الموارد البشرية، ويقوم المشرف/المدير المختص فى أول أسبوع عمل بعقد إجتماع مع الموظف لمعرفة مدى المعلوماتالتى إستوعبها وإذا كان هناك المزيد من الأسئلة أوالإستفسارات أو النقاط الغير واضحة.
§ يتم إرسال النموذج المذكور عاليه إلى المدير المختص وذلك فى أول يوم لمباشرة الموظف الجديدلعمله.
§ يقوم المدير المختص بمتابعة تقييم الأداء للموظف المعنى بصفة شهرية، ثم تقرير مدى مناسبة الموظف للتثبيت فى وظيفته من عدمه وإعادة النموذج إلى إدارةالموارد البشرية قبل إنتهاء فترة إختبار الموظف محل التقييم بمدةأسبوع واحد على الأقل.
§ يتم إرسال نسخة من نموذج تقرير صلاحية الموظف إلى إدارة الموارد البشرية للحفظ فى ملف الموظف.
§ فى حالة تقرير تثبييت الموظف،تقوم إدارةالموارد البشرية بارسال”خطاب تثبيت موظف” وإرساله إلى الموظف المعنى بعد إعتماده من مدير ادارة الموارد البشرية. فى حالة تقرير عدم مناسبة الموظف للتثبيت فى وظيفته، تقوم إدارةالموارد البشرية بإرسال”خطاب إنهاء خدمة موظف خلال فترة الإختبار” بعد إعتماده من مدير ادارة الموارد البشرية، والتوقيع على الأصل من الموظف المعنى وتسوية مستحقاته طبقاًًًًًً للنظام المعمول به فى هذا الشأن.
