أسلوب كيرك باتريك لتقييم التدريب

يجيب اسلوب كيرك باتريك لتقييم التدريب على أربعة أسئلة هامة لكي تحقق النتيجة المطلوبة من عملية التقييم بالشكل الصحيح :

1 - رد الفعل Reaction :

هل كان المشاركين سعداء بالبرنامج ؟

يعرف رد الفعل بفكرة المشاركين عن برنامج معين بما في ذلك المواد التى درست, المدربين، مكان الدراسة التسهيلات، المتاحة، طريقة التدريس، المحتويات… الخ ويعد رد فعل المشاركين عاملاً هاماً في استمرارية البرامج التدريبية والردود على نماذج استطلاع ردود الأفعال تساعد في التصدي للقرارات التي قامت على أساس تعليقات صادرة من مجموعة قليلة جداً من المشاركين سواء كانوا راضين عن البرنامج أوساخطين عليه.

2 - التعلم Learning :

ماذا تعلم المشاركون من البرنامج ؟

وهويرتبط هنا بقياس تعلم المبادئ والحقائق والأساليب والمهارات المقدمة بالبرنامج. وهوأكثر صعوبة من قياس ردود الأفعال، وهناك قياسات مختلفة عديدة لأداء التعلم تشتمل على إختبارات الورقة والقلم ومنحنيات التعلم ومهارات التدريب ومحاكاة طبيعة العمل.

3 - السلوك Behavior :

هل غير المشاركين من سلوكهم بناءاً على ما تعلموه ؟

يستخدم هنا للإشارة إلى قياس كيفية أداء العمل وهنا ليس بالضرورة أن أعلى إنجاز بالبرنامج يؤدى دائماً إلى تطوير السلوك في العمل بمعزل عن العوامل الأخرى غير البرنامج التدريبي والتى تؤثر على الأداء في محيط العمل.
ولذلك فالتقييمات بالسلوك قد تحتوى على :

· مقارنات ما قبل وما بعد البرنامج.

· إشراف من رؤساء المشارك ومرؤوسين المراقبين.

· مقارنات إحصائية.

4 - النتائج Results :

هل أثر التغيير فهي السلوك على المؤسسة بشكل إيجابي؟


تستخدم التقييمات عند هذا المستوى للربط بين نتائج البرنامج وتطوير المؤسسة. ويشمل هذا جمع البيانات قبل وبعد البرنامج وتحليل التطور الحادث مع ضرورة عزل المتغيرات الأخرى التى قد تكون هى السبب فى ذلك التطور أوالتحسين.
