[ALIGN=CENTER][TABLETEXT="width:70%;"][CELL="filter:;"][ALIGN=right]استدعى مدير المدرسة ثلاثة مدرسين , و أخبرهم بأنهم كانوا من أفضل الأساتذة بالمدرسة بالعام الماضى .. و أمرهم بالاستعداد للتدريس لثلاث فصول يحتوون على أنبغ 90 طالب فى المدرسة .. الأوائل فى اختبارات الذكاء و الفهم و التحصيل .. كل فصل يحتوى على 30 طالب .. , و لكنه شرط عليهم ألّا يخبروا الطلبة بهذا على الإطلاق , كى ...لا ينزعج أولياء أمورهم , أو أولياء أمور الطلبة الآخرين !!

و بدأ العام الدراسى و انتهى , لنجد أن نتائج اختبارات هؤلاء الطلبة فى الـ 3 فصول , كانت أعلى من غيرها على مستوى المدرسة , بل أنها تفوقت بنسب من 20-30% أكثر من المستوى العام لمدارس المنطقة جميعها .. و عندما سأل المدير الأساتذة عن وجهة نظرهم و تحليلهم للوضع , أجمعوا على أنها كانت تجربة رائعة جدا , و أن ما سهّل عليهم ذلك , هو أن الطلبة كانوا رائعين و متفوقين .. و أنهم لم يبذلوا معهم الكثير من الجهد ..

و هنا فاجأهم المدير بقوله : اسمحوا لى أخبركم الحقيقة .. لقد تم اختيار الـ 90 طالب عشوائيا من ضمن طلبة المدرسة , فهم ليسوا فى قمة الذكاء كما أخبرناكم !! .. , فانبهر الـ 3 مدرسون , و قالوا : إذن , هل نحن السبب خلف نجاح الطلاب بهذا الشكل ؟؟



فقال لهم المدير : الآن اسمحوا لى أن أخبركم الحقيقة الثانية , و هى أن أسماءكم لم يتم اختيارها إلا عندما كتبت كل أسماء المدرسين العاملين بالمدرسة , و أغمضت عينى , لأشير على ثلاثة أسماء منهم دون تحديد .. و كنتم أنتم أصحاب الأسماء المختارة!!!! .. قالوا له : إذن , فما السبب ؟؟ ... قال لهم : السبب هو أنكم بنيتم توقعكم فى بداية الدراسة على معلومات جعلتكم تتوقعون نجاحا فائقا , .. فحققتم النتيجة , بالرغم من عدم صدق المعلومات نفسها !!


وما نخرج به من هذه التجربة , عدداً من النصائح : .. أنت نتاج ما تفكر فيه .. ما تتوقعه , هو ما سيحدث لك بإذن الله .. من يخاف من العفريت , يراه .. و من يتوقع الخير , يحدث له .. تفاءلوا بالخير تجدوه .. فى أسوأ الظروف , لا تفكر فى المشكلة , و لكن فكر فى حلها .
